Hello,

I'm looking for information on my ancestor "Make" Noel, who was supposed to be living in Mt. Sterling, Ill., in 1866 when his son, Edward, was born. I noticed an M.G. Noell (MS238) in the 1870 Census Index, and wondered if that could be him. "Make" could be a nickname.

Could you please let me know if you can supply any information?
