Descendants of David Williamson

Can a notation be added somewhere on this (the submitter is deceased according to the page) as the listing is VERY confusing to anyone trying to locate the following individuals:

Ashford D. Williamson's wife Nancy E. Lund remarried (though the obit on the page does not reflect this) to Chester RICHARDS.
She and several of the Williamson children are listed with him in Greene Co IA on the 1920 Census though it contains several errors (including the age of Chester and ages of some of the children)

In 1930 Nancy Lund Williamson Richards is listed on the census in Dickens Twp, Clay Co IA with her son George as Nancy Richards widow.
