Obituary of Buford, "Mac" GOLLIHER

Buford, "Mac" GOLLIHER of West Point, formerly of Quincy, died in St. Mary hospital in Quincy, Monday afternoon at 12:55 o'clock. He had been failing for two years and was bedfast two weeks entering the hospital three days ago.

Mr. GOLLIHER was b Schuyler county, Illinois born March 28,1877 a son of Henry and Salina ADAMS GOLLIHER. He lived in Quincy for 20 years until a year and a half ago when he moved to West Point. He was a carpenter. He attended the Christian church. His marriage to Elva RAMSON took place December 15, 1898.

Surviving are the widow, two sons, Kenneth and Rennell, both of Quincy, a daughter, Mrs. Fred MOORE of Adams, four grandchildren Robert, Kenneth and Bruce MOORE of Adams, and Betty GOLLIHER of Quincy a brother, William J. GOLLIHER of Cooperstown, two half brothers, George BLACK of Versailles and John BLACK of Beardstown a half sister, Mrs. Charles WARDELL of Beardstown and an aunt, Miss Agatha ADAMS of Timewell.
