Sheryl:

I'm sorry, but there are no listings in the probates of Brown County, IL for the surname Paugh. Henry C. Paugh and Solomon A. Paugh are buried in the South Side Cemetery, Versailles Township (p. 353). They both died fairly young. I'll include them here:

Henry C. Paugh (died 10 Dec 1859, aged 37y 7m 26d)

Solomon A. Paugh (died 18 Sep 1860, aged 26y 2m 25d)

There is only one other listing for the surname in Cemeteries of Brown County, and that is in Law Cemetery, Elkhorn Township, p. 68, 69:

Mary Osborne, wife of John A. Paugh, and daughter of Thomas & Rebecca Osborne (d. 12 April 1891, aged 30y 6m 10d).

I found these marriages at the Illinois Statewide Marriage Index Online (http://www.cyberdriveillinois.com/GenealogyMWeb/marrsrch.html):

PAUGH, JOHN A                        OSBORNE, MARY                        10/05/1880 C  /157  343      BROWN
PAUGH, RICHARD                       BRIGGS, MARY ANN                     03/27/1856 A&B/     00000501 BROWN

I hope these will be of some help to you.
