Dear Sandra,

The George C. Hoover on p. 220 and George Cicero Hoover p. 411 are the same person. P. 220 is the Mt Sterling Cemetery listing and gives his dates as 1868-1944. P. 411 is a misc. deaths list and gives his death date as 21 June 1844.

 

James Hoover’s name appears in the Buckhorn Cemetery, p. 90, where he is listed as the husband:

Amanda E. Hoover, wife of James Hoover, 9 June 1862 – 15 Dec 1893.

 

There is nothing further on him.
