Dear Lynne,

I'm not certain this Chester Ingles/Ingels was born early enough to be a 3

gg father, but I will give you what we have on him and you can be the judge.

The surname, as your message indicates, varies from entry to entry. I have

typed exactly what was listed. I have also included the marriage of Chester

& Ada. I could not locate a marriage for Chester and Nelle, or for Chester

and Ada's son, Milburn.

I hope these are of some help to you. Thank you for visiting the Brown

County ILGenWeb site. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any

further questions.

Laurie and Pam -  I'm e-mailing you both because e-mail addresses tend

to go bad after awhile.  I thought if I e-mailed both of you, one might

get thru.

I found, with delight, your index of Brown County cemetery records on

the Internet.  I have been searching for over 12 years for the burial

place of my 3rd great grandfather, Chester Ingles/Ingalls.  Are there

dates associated with the names in your index?   I believe my Chester

Ingles died abt 1823.  Although he lived in Jefferson County, Indiana,

he may have been away from home when he died.   If it would not be too

much trouble, I would appreciate any information you could give me about

the two Chesters you have listed in your index.

Thank you.
