Perry A. Rigg1, 68, of 805 Nickols (Nichols), a longtime resident of Springfield, died yesterday morning in Springfield Baptist Hospital after a long illness.
Mr Rigg, a member of the Baptist Church, is survived by his wife, Bell, a daughter, Mrs Leon (Katherine) Jordan of 2201 North Taylor; three sons, James of 2045 Hoffman, Roy of 2243 North Taylor, and Perry A. Rigg, Jr., of Napa, Calif.; nine grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Funeral arrangements are under direction of Jewell Windle Funeral home. Brookline Cemetery, Brookline, Missouri. (Just outside of Springfield)
He was the son of John B. <strong>Rigg</strong>, grandson of Joseph and Elizabeth <strong>Ingram</strong> <strong>Rigg</strong>. He was born October 10, 1887 Anthony, Harper County, Kansas but married in <a href="http://brown.illinoisgenweb.org/">Brown County</a>, and all of his children were born there.
